Hi all,
Id like to welcome both airbex_is_me and mike220st into there new roles as club staff.
You may have noticed that they had had there user names changed inline with the rest of the club staff.
They have been changed to Martin C and Mike O respectively.

Hello All,
From time to time we tend to review our Club staffing levels, more so with a string of busy shows due for the club to represent this coming year, and with our club continues to grow larger daily.
We need to recruit two additional enthusiastic people to work alongside the existing club staff team, to oversee the cogs turning in the background on the site, and get involved & stuck in with the day to day running of our club that you are all part of today.
What we would expect
Please note this role is strictly voluntary, and no renumeration is offered. We all do this for the fun of the members and the satisfaction of being part of the club and what is has grown to today.

What we would expect
- As moderators we very much expect you to remain as individuals, you are a person and not a computerised robot

- Providing a good quality service to the club members. You are expected to moderate the content of posts and behavior of the members fairly and in accordance with the club / Network terms and conditions whilst representing focusSTOC.com
- Be fair, polite and remain calm & level headed at all times
- Be helpful and if needed provide constructive criticism. Guide new members with forum functions.
- Let the members know when their posts are in the wrong sections, use the forum controls to move, edit & delete posts where not necessary.
- A few hours a week of your time (where you can allow) to moderate the forums
- Attendance at shows (where you can) these are club represented events, and are a good chance to meet members, other staff etc.
