Well all I can say, atomic idiot, is your wish is my command.

You seem completely incapable of respecting the friendly, and family, spirit of this club.

#482882 Your New Look Staff Team

Posted by Martin C on 23 August 2014 - 20:32

It is with regret that I have to announce that Mark (2STROKECORKY) has resigned from his position on the Staff Team.

I would personally like to thank Mark for all his help and wish him well.

Following the recent advertisement for new Staff members (to replace Jonathan and Mike O) I am pleased to report that we had some very good interest, and we would like to thank all that applied.

After much discussion, it was decided that the calibre of the first successful applicant was such that we felt it necessary to only appoint one new member of Staff.

It gives me great pleasure to introduce you to your newest member of the Staff Team... <Neil>

I would like to offer my personal congratulations to Neil, and wish him the very best of luck with the new role... Well Done Mate

#411753 Fordfair 2014 - The Chat Thread

Posted by stevie-m on 31 May 2014 - 14:05

Whenever I think about FordFair I always think back to when it was 1992 at Stanford hall. I took my son (who was only 3 months old at the time) and he lost his little teddy.
I wrote to Fast Ford magazine and appealed for anyone who may of picked it up to send it to them so they could forward it on to me.
In the next months issue there was a little write up in the editors column about some cars where pinched from the car park and also at the bottom it read, "another Ford fan who had his day spoilt was young master Nicholas Melson who must rank as one of our youngest fans lost his little brown teddy bear. If anyone picked it up could they please forward it........blah blah".
A couple of weeks later we received a parcel and inside was a little brown bear and a letter from Turbo Technics saying how sorry they were to hear of our sons plight and sent the bear for him. We still have it. Nice touch from them. :)

#1051482 Where's it all gone wrong? and how do we fix it??

Posted by Justcos on 15 May 2017 - 20:42

I just think if you truly support the club and people who are in it you'll stick around and do so! I've seen people on here who have been reps for certain areas and then stepped down because of "family commitments " and such like but then accepted similar roles in different clubs cause their pals are on that so much better club. I'm from Scotland and come on here everyday I try and attend the big shows I'm probably the furthest away from everyone and can't attend local meets but would love to. And still I stick around because I support the club I could join a local group to me and probably get more from it but I don't because I support this club. Yes it's went abit stale on here but I'm not gonna join another club and then tell people how :censored: it is on MSTOC why? Oh yeah cause I support the club! And obviously the last time jack spoke about an issue he had with a FB group people who don't come on here very much suddenly appeared to say their piece! Obviously people are carrying tales between the clubs. The question of how do we fix it is simple there is nothing to fix the club is fine and the true supporters will stay and make it better and it's as simple as that. This is just my opinion of course :yep:

#1030297 A massive thanks to a top bloke

Posted by Jcst200jc on 01 April 2017 - 16:36

Well where do I start......... I needed to sell my st200 as it was a massive weight on my finances and I ended up keeping it and getting another st! A 54 plate st tdci.

The st200 has been parked up, with the intention of forgetting about it for a couple of years till my little family's financial situation changes. I ended up selling none of the parts and will keep it this way unless everything changes again but will be keeping the shell no matter what.

Now the new oil burner is a pleasure to drive and I have to be careful with my right foot! It goes, it stops and everything works as it should.

@rs1800dom is a top bloke and has let me have this with an affordable amount paid to him. I cannot thank him enough for what he has done and I will be forever grateful to him.

A few weeks ago I read a topic about where this club has gone wrong. Well I for one think with people like Dom and yourselves in this club I think this is what makes this a great place to be.

Dom you are a star and if can ever help you, I certainly will mate, thanks again

And thanks to @Neil for the ride up to Basingstoke in the white estate! She does sound/go well bud

Good evening folks!

I guess the first thing I'd like to say is a massive Thankyou to YOU the members who make this club what it is today. :-)

Superb effort by all of you. Especially all those special members who made the epic trip down.

Thankyou. ;-)

So my day started at 04.00. Hopped out of bed with a spring in my step. Bit of breakfast then I was on the road by 05.15.

Totally ballsed up On my route down there. Come off junction 5 and came back on myself.. But ended up heading towards gosport!! Lol! Anyway it bunged an extra 30 mins on my journey. Got myself in a right tizz.... :-(

Give Parma some wellie and all was good in the world again! Lol! ;-)

Arrived at Rownhams for 06.50 and came in the no entry part of the car park... Lol! The morning wasn't panning out to well!

Anyway after I met my great friends from this club and had scoffed my maccy ds I was back on track.

@moonstone500 led the way to Beaulieu, As I warned Stef and other members that we may just end up going up and down the motorway should I lead the pack! Lol! ;-)

Left Rownhams at 07.20 after handing out our stand laminates.

Awesome drive down there in convoy. With not a bad view at all... Through the smoke! ;-) Theres certainly smoke from Stefans "Baby Blue", But my god theres certainly the POKE too! Awesome!

#182273 ST200 3.0 V6 Supercharged

Posted by S6BadBoy on 21 September 2013 - 13:40

Hi Guys I am Ross. I have been a member on here for a while. I met a few of you at the AMD rolling road meet the end of last year. I have a 1999 ST200. Never really felt the need to post anything up about it as all of the mods have been catered for already on here brilliantly I may add, so I didnt really think to say much about it. So here goes...

She is a 1999 ST200 an early one she is down as an Si on the logbook and has half leather interior which I dont actually mind. I havent done anything inside other than take the parcel shelf out and put the dog cage in. My Jack Russell loves a V6. Factory Tape deck and 6cd multichanger.

Under the bonnet heat wrapped toyo sports decat headers, Y Pipe, 200 powercell sport cat, full custom stainless back, K&N panel filter, NGK Iridium Plugs, powertech kevlar leads and I have done the 300mm front brake upgrade with braided HEL lines.

Outside few car park dents she is 14 years old but cleans up well. I have fitted Team Heko wind deflectors, an SI front splitter. Powder Coated Rims and she is lowered a further 15mm on Apex springs.

Overall she pulls like a train, makes a wicked noise and dont look half bad for an old girl................................

Attached File  Picture.jpg   208.62KB   40 downloads
Picture was taken at the AMD meet.

So like I say I'am real happy with her I got some money together had a couple of little things sorted out on her and I was all set to put her in for the body work to be straightened out and a full respray the wheels had just come back job done. BUT NO!!!!!!

The story goes and your gonna love this. I went out for 8 washers and I came home with an engine

Info I have is 3.0 Duratec, eaton supercharger, ecu, lpg plenum and ecu, 5spd mtx75 box yet to find out if its prodrive unit.

So yeah my mrs is all :censored: off its cost me a kitchen and a bathroom but yeah I am gonna sling it in the front of my ST and see how it goes!!! watch this space!!!
