Thanks Neil.

 

Well, this one popped up last night. Spec is spot on, but mileage is higher than I'd like and there's a lot of wear on the steering wheel and gear knob. Seems pretty expensive too, but maybe the market is moving on.
 

Does anyone know what the 2 holes in the front grill are for?

I know a bloke that re trims them back to factory fresh. Looks great. Mine will be going in to him soon 👌🏻

I can only speculate and hope that it is for some sort of cold air feed. But knowing these cars there's not a lot of room behind the grills for it to be done properly. 

 

I do hope it's not air intake as that would be bad bad news in any sort of large puddle

hmmm - yes, could well be. Unfortunately, it's so far away from me, I wouldn't be able to view it to confirm what it's for and as there are a few other alarm bells with the car, then I think I'd have to leave it.

 

What price are good 2005/06 models going for at the moment?

Prices fluctuate so much on these depending on options. Body style and colour.

But for 3k you should get a nice example

Thanks Mark. Slim pickings out there at the moment though. Hopefully there'll be a few more for sale in Spring.
