Just a quick note regarding your oil catch tank as i have done the same myself.
In your set-up you have your crank case breather hose directly connected to the PCV valve & evap line the line out to catch tank & then upper inlet manifold.
Although this set-up will work the crank case breather will be pushing oil vapour down your evap line as well as into your catch tank! This will undoubtedly cause a build up and eventually a blockage!
I remedied this by relacing the crank case breather hose with a longer hose of the same dim's and hooking it up directly to the oil catch tank, & then a hose of the same dim's again up into the pcv valve with evap line attached & back into UIM.
This way your keeping your evap line clear & still get the benefit of fuel fumes from it mixing with the air in UIM & a better burn, less the oil of course, thats my theory anyhow!
Only drawback to doing this is you have to remove fuel rail & lower inlets to get to crank case breather filter box! But i used this as an excuse to have injectors cleaned & clean lowers out also!
Im new on here has been a long time coming! I own a mint st200 ltd edition, 34'000 miles on the clock & a st200 estate in white, not ex police either! Just completed a full engine rebuild on that! Well my Dad has anyhow! He's got a limited edition as well, i gave it him as a retirement pressie even though he's not retired! My 1st ever car was an st24 and i've had 2 other ltd editions, i love um! Nothing else comes close!
Anyhow regarding the catch tank its just something i noticed & thought id mention!
Love the car as well mate, really nice!
