HELP ME. SAT NAV

Hi all newbie here pround owner of st220 blue. need a helping hand with my sat nav. When i press NAV it just says insert navigation cd but looked on ebay but cant seem to find one. also is this all i need to get it to work. can you help plz friends?

You need to load the navigation DVD into the system, if you don't have one then you can buy them from Ford but they are expensive.
